It is a slightly more powerful wine at 15. 2% alcohol (compared to the 14. 8% of the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon). This cuts a deeper, broader swath across the mouth and is clearly full bodied, but has gorgeous purity of fruit with hints of background Christmas fruitcake, cedar wood, crme de cassis and lead pencil shavings. This
