It's crafted in silver gilt the outer case adorned with gorgeous hand chased detailing and it opens to reveal a miniature music box, the inner workings on display through a clear compartment. There's a small winder and button on the back to begin playing the song. It's made by Reuge, an esteemed Swiss music box maker established in 1865.
